The available positions span a wide range of departments, including surf instructors, lifeguards, therapists, food and beverage team members, maintenance and landscaping staff, marketing professionals, security personnel, and visitor experience team members. The resort will feature Europe's largest wave pool, luxury lodges, premium pods, a wellness treatment studio, waterside restaurants, and shopping facilities.

In addition to the surfing operations, the resort will include a 60-acre country park featuring walking, running, and cycling trails, high-end holiday accommodation, a food market, shops, a fitness spa, and events space. The resort is expected to contribute approximately £11 million per annum to the local economy and attract around 160,000 visitors annually.
