Japanese Naval Ships JS KASHIMA and JS SHIMAKAZE Visit Brunei to Strengthen Ties

The Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) training squadron, consisting of two naval ships, JS KASHIMA and JS SHIMAKAZE, arrived in Brunei Darussalam on May 30, 2024. The Overseas Training Cruise 2024 spans from May 20 to November 11, 2024, covering 11 countries and 13 ports of call, including London, Hamburg, Valencia, Istanbul, Naples, Dakar, Cape Town, Victoria, Pearl Harbour, Norfolk, and Acapulco.
