Matadero Madrid Hosts Free DEMM 24 Music Festival Featuring Rock, Pop, and Electronic Acts

Matadero Madrid, a prominent center for contemporary culture, is set to host DEMM 24, a free music festival celebrating European Music Day from June 21-23. The festival promises a diverse lineup of rock, pop, and electronic concerts, alongside family-friendly music sessions and film screenings.

The festival will kick off on Friday, June 21, with performances by Hens, Cala Vento, Toccororo, and Cometa in Plaza Matadero. On Saturday, June 22, Danish artist Erika de Casier will take the stage, followed by Horse Meat Disco, Karne Kulture, and John Talabot, who will close the night with a DJ set.

On Sunday, June 23, the festival will feature morning concerts for families in Nave 16, with performances by Alondra Bentley and Therematic, a project by Javier Díez Ena. These concerts will begin at 12:00 pm, providing a perfect opportunity for families to enjoy live music together.
